(1) Continuous Prescription Research (CPR)

Our flagship service C MARC : CPR – has provided over 125 pharmaceutical corporates, ranging from domestic to multi-national corporates, insights into the prescribing nature of prescribers since our inception.


Our 3-step approach for CPR

(I) Distribution & collection of prescription pads

Prescription pads with carbon prints are distributed to prescribers during the onset of each season - Summer, Monsoon & Winter.

(II) Rx-data entry & validation

Prescription pads shipped to the data-entry center are reviewed and the data imprinted on the carbon prints are uploaded to our systems.

(III) Strategic insights from Rx-data

Our proprietary algorithms generate statistical reports that provide our clients insights on the latest prescribing behaviour of prescribers.

(2) Diabeto Tracker

Our Continuous Patient Tracking provides Brand Managers insights on:

  • Insulin-Initiation: The previous/current group of OADs the patient was/is on when beginning the insulin therapy.

  • Dosage duration analysis & patient drop-out rates: The dosage of insulin prescribed and the duration till when the patient is prescribed the insulin molecule/brand. In case of drop-outs, which molecule/brand is the patient shifted to.

  • Patient profiles: Age & gender distribution during each stages of therapy.

  • Disease Progression & Co-Morbidity management: The Rx contribution mix of OAD + insulin over the patient’s journey of diabetes management.

(3) Prescriber List Assessment

  • Precision in capturing prescribers’ identity: Pharmaceuticals continue to be plagued with inaccurate records of the specialty prescribers that their field force cover for brand promotion. Our service validates the records (qualifications, address, etc.) of the physicians kept by the clients against the actual records of the prescribers.

  • Quality of coverage as per industry benchmarks: We help clients identify whether their coverage of core vs non-core prescribers is aligned to the industry.

  • Core & non-core prescribers analysis: Clients get to know the volumes of prescriptions their core & non-core prescribers are generating.
